By accessing or using Ryun, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

Ryun provides:

Training logs and activity analytics
AI-driven insights and recommendations
Tools to track performance metrics
User-generated training data storage

The Service is constantly evolving. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

3. Eligibility

To use Ryun, you must:

Be at least 16 years old
Provide accurate registration information
Use the Service only for lawful purposes

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities occurring under your account
Not sharing or selling your account

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
Scrape or extract data without permission
Impersonate others
Upload malicious content
Bypass access controls

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited behavior.

6. No Medical Advice

Ryun offers training guidance only, not health or medical advice.

The Service:

Does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical conditions
Is not reviewed by medical professionals
Must not replace professional healthcare consultation

Consult a qualified health provider before altering your training.

7. User Content

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Ryun.

You grant us a limited license to:

Store your content
Process it to provide the Service
Generate insights and AI outputs

We do not claim ownership of your training data or AI inputs.

8. AI Features

By using AI features (chat, insights, recommendations), you acknowledge:

Your data may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic)
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable
You are responsible for interpreting AI suggestions

Ryun is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, UI/UX designs, trademarks, branding, graphics, and code belong to Ryun.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify the Service without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms
You misuse the platform
Maintaining your account poses a security or operational risk

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, of fitness for a particular purpose, or of continuous availability.

Training data, predictions, and AI-based insights may contain errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Ryun is not responsible for training injuries
Ryun is not responsible for data loss or service interruptions
Ryun is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

If you use Ryun for free, liability is limited to €0.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Ryun against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your unlawful activities.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by German law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant updates. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
